Micro pulveriser machinery is used for crushing materials to fine powder

a. Our micro pulveriser consist of following accessories with modernized techniques to
improve the quality of crushing and less labor

Our machinery is fully automatic and it comprises of

Rotary valves for feeding input of material
Rotary valve is coupled with geared motor for uniform flow of Raw material

Micro pulverizer have two units
1. Crushing unit

This is the phase where the material get Crushed

2. Blower unit.

This is the phase where the material is sucked from the pulverised and blown into the storage bin.

Storage Bin:

In the storage bin, we provide screw feeder for removal of material from the storage bin and ready for packing.

Consists of the main motor, auxiliary motor, and electrical control cabinet with the capabilities of winnowing,non-sieve or mesh, equality of granule size, and continuous processing etc.It is used in the industries of  chemical,and food.Its performance is up to the international advanced level.

Operating Principle:

The material is sent to grinding chamber through hopper and screw conveyor and then pulverized by high-speed rotary blades.Processed fine material are winnowed and collected by the negative pressure of an air intake of a blower, dust collector is included.
